FULL-TIME EMPLOYEE BENEFIT HIGHLIGHTS
• Annual Salary Increases
• 35-40 HR. Work Week
2 weeks of paid vacation after your first year of employment
Up to 4 weeks of vacation after 5 years of employment
• Sick Time: 12 sick days annually earned one day per month
• Holiday Time: 14 paid holidays annually
• Personal Time: 5-6 Personal days annually based on applicable bargaining unit
